Sales Lead Referral Program#
Encouraging the team to contribute to sales growth
General#
amazee.io wants to encourage any employee to contribute to sales growth with an incentive for lead referrals.
- The lead referral compensation cannot be applied for public tenders.
- The program only applies to new business (no upselling, no contract extensions).
- Employees from the Sales Team and from management are excluded.
Compensation#
Any generated revenue of a referred lead within the first 12 months (first invoice and the invoices of the following 11 months) is compensated by 5% compensation, capped to CHF 10k per converted customer.
This is applicable to any referred lead where the first invoice will be issued within 2023. The individual bonus is paid out on a fiscal quarterly basis through the payslip of the first month after the respective fiscal quarter.
The person submitting the lead in the first place is eligible for the referral bonus.

Special Case, employee leaves company#
In case an employee leaves the company, any applicable bonus until the last working day of the employee will be paid out with the last payslip.
How to refer a lead#
- Submit the lead by creating a thread at https://amazeeio.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/ITSD/pages/3442704414/Sales+Slack+Channels#%23team-sales-help.
- The Sales Team will maintain a list with referred leads.
- Any submitted lead has to go through the standard sales qualification process. It is the responsibility of the Sales Team to decide about priorities and about the fit of a referred lead to amazee.io.
