Client Engagement Manager#

Responsibilities#

  • Ownership of the scheduling and resourcing of customer projects across amazee.io
  • Ensuring customer success when using amazee.io hosting services, maintaining an overview of our client activities
  • Support and participation in client roadmap and architecture discussions
  • Evangelising feature requests of customers with Lagoon or Platform teams
  • Suggesting professional services engagements to customers and looking for opportunities for us to further integrate ourselves with our clients
  • Responsible for the overall health of client relationships
