Pro-actively monitor the client’s use of Lagoon and related technologies for security, performance, and general “best practice” based on industry standards.
Optimally work towards the client’s stated goals and objectives.
Manage, maintains and monitor global Lagoon Infrastructure
Monitor all production sites
React to infrastructure alerts
React to outages reported from customers via Support Team
Provide Out-of-Office Hours Customer Emergency phone support
Continuously support the team in improving amazee.io Platform
Coordinate with external partners (VSHN, AWS, GCP, Azure) to ensure stable platforms
Coordinate with Lagoon Team for Lagoon Features, Releases, Issues etc.
Coordinate with and support amazee.io Security Team
