Technical Account Manager#

Responsibilities#

  • Overall responsibility for our client’s successful and continued technical use of amazee.io products and services
  • Pro-actively monitor the client’s use of Lagoon and related technologies for security, performance, and general “best practice” based on industry standards.
  • Optimally work towards the client’s stated goals and objectives.
  • Manage, maintains and monitor global Lagoon Infrastructure
  • Monitor all production sites
  • React to infrastructure alerts
  • React to outages reported from customers via Support Team
  • Provide Out-of-Office Hours Customer Emergency phone support
  • Continuously support the team in improving amazee.io Platform
  • Coordinate with external partners (VSHN, AWS, GCP, Azure) to ensure stable platforms
  • Coordinate with Lagoon Team for Lagoon Features, Releases, Issues etc.
  • Coordinate with and support amazee.io Security Team
