HR Lead#

Responsibilities#

  • Ownership of the hiring process and strategy, as well as support of hiring managers with overall HR / recruiting guidance and feedback
  • Initial screenings and interviews
  • Close collaboration with Legal and HR Manager to all employee related tasks
  • Ownership of the complete on/offboarding process
  • Ownership of employee retention strategy and career development paths
  • Regular review of HR policies, including benefits, budgets, paid time off
  • Ownership and support of employee review process - incl. setup, maintenance within respective tools
  • Ensuring and supporting a culture of inclusion and diversity
  • Ownership and support of employee wellbeing
  • Being a point of counsel for employees and conflict management between employees
  • Ownership of employee job roles and profile descriptions
